Yet separated by much
Can’t we set aside our differences
As individuals unite
PC: For He gave us His glory
To unite us as one
C: We are made perfect through Christ
God’s one and only Son
We will follow the light
Together as one
We’ll put the enemy to flight
They’ve no place to run
We’ll walk by faith
And not by sight
Believing it is done
Together as one

Living side by side
Filled with hopelessness and sorrows
Set apart from you and I
V3: They don’t know You, yet we do
Because of Christ, God’s Son
Him in us, God in Him
His prayer for all mankind
