"I Never Thought"

I never thought I'd get the chance
To say, "I'm going home for holidays!"
But then, I guess, it's just a beginning
Of a new life and a new phase
There'll be no more going back
Only forwards going
On to where God's grace
His mercy and love are flowing
To a life better than this
To an eternity that last forever
And there I'll finally get that chance
To meet, face-to-face, that Jesus fellah
